And so we begin!

               We love a good challenge and so 

it will come as no surprise that we have 

just 4 WEEKS

to somehow find our inaugural scholarship drive money so that we can award the 2012 Scholarships in December this year!

So can we do it? Not without your help. We are seeking donations to fund four students within the Port School program for 2012. Each school engagement scholarship is valued at $500. Students will be awarded with 4 term instalments to purchase, art materials, books, music, instruments and the like to further their personal education focus.


So that's either...
a generous $500 donation - a full scholarship award - with naming rights if requested this would be a wonderfully philanthropic thing to do and quite frankly the world will shower you with fabulous karma. You will also be invited to the awards ceremony to present the award personally and we will shower you with gratitude (might even be free food!). If you are a business we will recognise your efforts in our Port School publications, our Blog and whenever we see you coming.


You and 10 mates all put in $50 each - again a full scholarship is realised
You've helped a young person in need within our local community and you will be invited to attend the awards ceremony to personally present the award should you wish (don't forget the free food - they make it in their kitchens, it's good stuff, I've tasted it!


$2, $5, $10, $20 You contribute whatever you can, no matter how small and before you know it the warmth and generosity of this fine community has again realised another scholarship. We'll even organise official receipts so you can claim it on your tax! Okay you can come to the food party too!


So here we go - the blog is up and running the 2012 scholarship drive is alive! Can we count you in?
